1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the relationship between the administration of GenTattoo (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

By registering for the Service or using its features, the User confirms their acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

GenTattoo is an online service for generating tattoo designs using artificial intelligence technology. The Service provides Users with the ability to:

• create tattoo designs from text descriptions;
• choose from various tattoo styles;
• download generated images;
• preview designs on your body using AR technology;
• save favorite generations.

3. Registration and Account

• A valid email address is required to register and use the Service.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts by the same individual to obtain free credits is prohibited.
• The administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payment

• Upon registration, the User receives complimentary credits to explore the Service.
• Each tattoo design generation consumes a specified number of credits according to the current pricing plan.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credit pricing is determined by the current rates displayed on the Pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property

• Generated images are created using AI and are provided to the User for personal use.
• Commercial use of generated images is permitted only under an applicable paid plan that expressly grants such rights.
• The design, code, and content of the Service are the intellectual property of the administration.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

The User is prohibited from:

• generating content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to hate speech, pornography, or content that incites violence;
• using automated tools, bots, or scripts for mass generation;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' data;
• reselling access to the Service or transferring purchased credits to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The administration makes no warranty that the generated results will meet the User's expectations.
• The administration shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical reasons, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The administration shall not be liable for the User's use of generated images, including any tattoos created based on such images.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@gentattoo.io. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
